This Privacy Policy explains how Investconclave AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“InvestConclave”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and products. We act as a Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

  • Account data — name, email, and organization when you sign up.
  • Product usage data — how you interact with the product, so we can operate, secure, and support it. Our website collects none.
  • Content — documents and data you upload to your deal rooms.
  • Communications — messages you send us and form submissions.
  • Demo requests — when you ask for a demo through the form on our website, we collect your name, work email, company or firm, country, role, organisation type, what you plan to use the product for, and your team size. We use them only to reply to you and arrange your demo. The form is provided by Google Forms, which stores the answers for us. Requests made through the same form before CADO's launch, when it was for early access, also hold the reference code and campaign tags of the link that brought you to it. Only our team can see them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Why we use it

To provide and secure the service, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and improve our products. We process data on the legal bases of consent, contract, and legitimate interest, as applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or erasure of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@investconclave.com.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, contact our Grievance Officer at grievance@investconclave.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.

Sub-processors and where data is hosted

We rely on a small set of sub-processors. The CADO application and document storage are hosted in Mumbai, India; some AI processing uses third-party AI providers. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at hello@investconclave.com.
