Our mission

Why we exist

Too much diligence still runs out of shared drives and email threads, so gaps surface when the other side asks, not before. An Indian deal has its own checklist (RoC filings, FEMA forms, GST returns, Schedule III accounts in lakh and crore), and a general-purpose tool does not know it. Every answer has to stand up later, yet finding the page that backs it is still manual work.

InvestConclave presents CADO — Corporate AI Diligence & Orchestration — an AI-native data room specialising in Indian deals, where AI agents answer diligence questions from the documents in the room, with a citation to the page.

Leads product and technology at InvestConclave. Having spent a career as a software engineer at global SaaS companies, building billing and revenue systems for digital businesses and monitoring platforms for large applications. An evangelist for AI in finance, bringing in the conviction that it must stand on systems that are scalable and secure by design. Shapes how CADO is designed and built for deal diligence. A computer science graduate of Vellore Institute of Technology. Based in Bangalore.

An enterprise technology leader, having held Chief Technology Officer and President-level roles across India’s regulated banking, capital markets and financial services, where audit trails and document security are everyday work. Brings in a practitioner’s view of the diligence friction that CADO answers. Holds an MBA Degree in Information Technology. Based in Mumbai.
